岗位职责及工作范围 responsibilities and scope of work
l 制定短期,中期及长期本部门发展规划 short term, mid term and long term planning for the responsible division
n 平台建设的规划 plan for platform technology development
n 产品开发的规划 plan for product development
n 本部门人员招聘及培训的规划 plan for hiring and training
n 本部门发展的策略及具体考核计划 strategy for the division and detailed evaluation plan
l 产品开发 Product development
n 领导和管理2-3个研发小组应用制剂新技术（缓控释或微粒载药或难溶药物增溶等）进行新产品的开发包括立项,配方工艺研发、放大、注册及产业化 lead and manage 2-3 groups of scientists to apply advanced/novel technologies including solid oral modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems or solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies for product development. The process will involve new product development proposal, formula and process development/optimization, scale-up, product registration and commercial manufacture.
n 为新产品开发评估第三方的制剂技术 Evaluate third party formulation/drug delivery technologies for new product development.
n 领导团队与国内和国际的合作伙伴进行新产品开发或接受技术转让 lead the group to collaborate with domestic and international partners for product development or for technology transfer
n 负责组织新产品的注册 responsible for new product registration
l 技术平台的开发和建设 Platform Technology development
n 领导团队制订出制剂新技术平台建设计划并付诸实施.这些技术包括缓控释或微粒载药或难溶药物增溶等 Lead groups to propose plans for platform technology development. Lead groups to implement the approved plans. These platform technologies include modified release, micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems and solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies.
n 撰写研究论文并在国内及国际的学术期刊上发表 write research papers and publish them in domestic and internal peer reviewed journals
n 在国内和国际会议上进行海报展出和会议演讲 make posters and podium presentations at domestic and international conferences
n 撰写与新技术相关的专利文件 write and file new technology related patents
l 管理 Management and supervision
n 招聘研发主管和高级研究员hire managers and senior scientists
n 管理团队和项目 manage/supervise teams and projects
l 仪器设备的购买 Purchase of equipment and apparatus
n 评估及决定平台及产品开发所用的仪器及设备 evaluate and decide equipment and apparatus for the use of platform technologies and product development
n 协助采购部进行购买 assist the department of procurement for the purchase of required equipment and apparatus
资质要求
l 博士，有5年以上药物研发工作经验或博士后经历 Ph.D. with five years or above industry experience
l 有产品开发的成功先例 successful product development experience
l 熟悉制剂新技术包括缓控释或微粒载药或难溶药物增溶等 familiar with advanced/novel formulation technology in modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery technology or solubility/bioavailability enhancement
l 拥有管理团队和项目的经验 experience with team and project management
l 从技术和注册两个方面熟悉产品开发流程 familiar with product development process from technical and regulatory perspectives
l 对制剂新技术及新产品开发有强烈的兴趣和热情 strong enthusiasm about advanced/novel technologies as well as new product development
l 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神及领导技能 excellent communication, team work and leadership skills
l 具有同时管理多个项目并能按时完成设定目标的能力 capable of managing multiple projects and achieving approved objectives
l 用于出差的时间可能达到30% willing to travel up to 30%
