Following 2012's plan, QA organized two outgoing training sessions, 13 annual training programs, and 41 extra-schedule trainings. To enhance the working capacity of newly-admitted university graduates, QA held 27 operation trainings with 154.75 class hours in total this year, 2000 people attending training courses and attendance rate hitting 98.9%. QA has fulfilled the yearly objectives.
