Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group and Fenglin Life Science Park of Xuhui District, Shanghai held a settlement agreement signing ceremony in Haijiya Club of Shanghai Haini Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the afternoon of April 25. Chief of Xuhui District Bao Bingzhang, deputy chief of Xuhui District Wang Hongzhou, chairman of Xuhui State-owned Assets Investment Management Co., Ltd. Tao Jincheng, chairman of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Xu Jingren, deputy chairman of the Group Xu Haoyu, vice-general managers of the Group Ji Shouru and Xu Liqin and general manager assistants of the Group Yang Zhibin and Liu Xiuxia attended the ceremony and it was hosted by deputy chief of Xuhui District Wang Hongzhou.
Chairman Xu Jingren made a speech first. He expressed that Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group attached great importance to this cooperation. He pointed out that Xuhui District is located in the core area of Shanghai and that Fenglin Life Science Park is rich not only in health resources but also in technology, talent and information resources. To establish the Shanghai headquarters of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group in Xuhui District is a major strategic step of the Group’s future development. It was his sincere hope that with the support and assistance of Xuhui District Government, the project would be put into operation soon in order to achieve win-win results and that both parties would strengthen cooperation and develop hand in hand.
Bao Bingzhang, on behalf of Xuhui District Government spoke highly of the cooperation between the two parties. He pointed out that the settlement of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group surely would bring new vigor to the Park and that Xuhui District Government would continue to provide more convenient services for the cooperation between the two sides so as to achieve win-win development of both Xuhui District and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group.
On the signing ceremony, vice-general manager of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Xu Liqin and Director of Xuhui District Business Committee Hua Xin signed on the strategic agreement, marking the official settlement of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group in Fenglin Life Science Park.
