Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group won Jiangsu Satisfactory Unit for Service of 2012

The results of 2012 Jiangsu Satisfactory Unit for Service were opened and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group won the title for its excellent quality, first-class service and its outstanding influence within the industry. The 2012 Jiangsu Satisfactory Unit for Service was co-organized by Jiangsu Economy and Information Technology Commission, Jiangsu Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises, Jiangsu Trade Union, Communist Party Youth League Committee of Jiangsu, and Jiangsu Woman's Federation.

Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group has a sales network that covered all provinces, municipalities direct under the central government and autonomous regions, and has a full-fledged post-sale service system which can communicate with customers and patients effectively and on time and provide speedy and satisfactory service. The award aimed to accelerate the upgrade of manufacturing industries and service. The final list was determined before recommendation by industries, on-site review, expert review, and online-publicity, the procedures were just and fair, and the results were well-acknowledged. 34 of the 62 companies that were awarded were manufacturers, which filled the gap of no previous provincial level awards and prizes for service provided by manufacturers.
