This was what happened on May 31, when the 5th Collective Wedding of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group was held: accompanied by the tune of Goddess Marriage, the bridegrooms were calling for their brides among the crowd. Then the brides appeared and their wedding ceremony began.
The charming flowers, colorful balloons, arches permeated with the festive atmosphere, the hall adorned with lights – all was romantic and full of sweet love. The new couples, having gone through flowers, romantic periods, hardship and tests, were entering the realm of marriage to start a new journey of life. Xu Jingren, the Chairman, presented marriage certificates to the new couples and extended his wishes: "wish you everlasting love and bear babies as soon as possible. You should take care of your parents, care about each other and support each other in work." The couples made their promises after hearing Xu expressed his earnest caring.
Wedding is not only a moment of gathering, but also a special occasion to express thanks to friends, parents, and colleagues. The new couples thanked their parents, friends and colleagues for their care, company and help. Then, the new couples played game with guests and friends, and the joy and happiness affected every one present, making climates in the banquet. Zhang Jiaxin, one of the bridegrooms, said: "The Company has always been caring about our work and life. They took collective weddings as the big event to the Company. Such kindness we shall never forget for all our lives."
Most of the seven newly-weds were non-native employees of YRPG. Their friends and relatives from their native places came to attend the wedding. Seeing the elaborate preparation by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, the friends and relatives were full of gratitude: "We are very glad and touched by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group's hosting such grand ceremonies for our kids. They see our kids as their own family."
In May when there was a sea of flowers, such sweet, warm and happy time can be the most touching story of this summer.
