The Pre-Spring Festival Forum for Encourage Managers' Dependents
                                                                      to Help Cultivate Corruption-Free Conduct

On January 20, the Pre-Spring Festival Forum for Encouraging Cadres' Dependents to Help Cultivate Corrupt-Free Conduct organized by the Security Department was held in Shenlong Hall of Haiyan Hotel. Xu Haoyu, Vice Chairman of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, Ji Shouru, Vice Party Secretary-General, and Ji Weiqun, Vice General Manager were taking part in the forum with 40 dependents of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group managers.

Xu Haoyu expressed thanks for the presence of dependents on behalf of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group. He said the visit by President Hu Jintao a few days ago was encouraging and inspiring. The achievement and honor the Company had obtained were not possible without the care, understanding and support from the dependents. He hoped that the dependents could continue to support their relatives on their duty and help them to follow corrupt-free codes of conducts, understand the right from wrong and contribute more to the Company.

Director Ye Guisheng from Legal Office of Security Department briefed on the cases in recent years for the audience to learn lessons from. Dependents expressed that they would continue to support their families in duty and prevent corruption. Yu Jing, a despondent, expressed her thanks for Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group's concern and support. She said: "I feel honored as a dependent of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group staff. In the coming year, I will continue to support my family and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group's supervision, remind my relatives to be cautious, well-behaved, self-alert and progressive. I will alert my relatives so that they will refrain from any involvement in corrupt acts."

Du Shiqun from the Legal Office read Corrupt-Free Guidance by Family Paper to call on all staff members to study corruption-free laws and regulations, advocate corruption-free conducts, and play the role as a good monitor of the relatives. After the forum, the dependents signed on the Paper and made solemn declaration.

The forum further helped strengthen the awareness of law and conducts and enhanced the initiative and responsibility of the staff in fighting corruption. It also helped promote the operation by law and building of harmonious company.
