In order to promote the internship of university graduates in Jiangsu Province, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province awarded 6 units including Suzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Outstanding Organizers and awarded 20 units Jiangsu Advanced Unit for University Graduate Internship, including Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.,(Taizhou) on May 10,.
Since 2009, authorities of human resources and social security and university graduate internship units of Jiangsu Province thoroughly applied the strategies of the Central Committee of CPC, the State Council, Jiangsu Provincial Committee of CPC and Jiangsu Provincial Government in order to fulfill project of 50 Thousand Internship in 3 Years. Authorities  set up university graduate internship bases and made every endeavor to develop internship positions. The unemployed university graduates are organized to participate in the internship practice to improve the career skills. As of the end of 2011, 58,700 university graduates have been arranged to take part in the internship, in which 36,800 graduates are employed afterwards. The employment of university graduates were effectively promoted in this way.
While thoroughly implementing the talent strategy, YRPG has always been emphasizing on university graduate internship. Talents were cultivated and selected through internship and the Group undertook social responsibility through offering work placement. Over the last two years, the Group has admitted 598 university graduates to work as interns. As a state-level internship base, YRPG's practice was reported by CCTV. The Group, together with National Institutes for Food and Drug Control and Jiangsu Institute for Food and Drug Control, constructed the R&D internship base so as to cultivate more competitive and professional pharmaceutical inspectors.
