On October 20, YRPG and School of Accountancy of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics held the signing and awarding ceremony for university-industry cooperation in Taizhou. Representatives of both parties such as Hen Qijie, President of Graduate School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Chen Xinyuan, President of School of Accounting Professor, Zhu Hongjun, Vice President Professor, Chen Xiaodong, Dean of office, and Ji Weiqun, Vice General Manager of YRPG, attended the ceremony.
Over several years, based on the successful implementation of development strategy and realization of breakthrough development, YRPG was hunger for talents, particularly talent reserve in the fields of capital operation and finance management standardization. Relying on Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to propel university-industry cooperation including project research, project co-construction, training lectures and management consultation, financial management quality of YRPG will be further promoted and take the lead in pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, YRPG, as the internship base of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, not only has provided service for student training but also has created conditions for bringing in outstanding talents in financial management and accounting. Both parties pointed out that university-industry cooperation could draw on each other's strength and achieve win-win results. And both parties would carry out university-industry cooperation and continue to promote cooperation.
As the prior content of university-industry cooperation, Shanghai University of Finance and Economicsorganized a three-day management business training from October 19 to October 21. The lectures such as "Communication and Encouragement" by Professor Zhu Ming and "Overall Budget Management" by Professor Zhang Xianzhong have attracted over 400 people including managers and all employees of Financial Company of YRPG and received unanimous appraisal of extensive cadres and employees.
