In the 33th Representatives Meeting of the Quality Control Team, the China Quality Association, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the All-China Women's Federation, China Association for Science and Technology jointly awarded 2011 Model Enterprise of National Quality Management Teamto YRPG, Excellent Leader of the 2011 National Quality Management Team Activities to Xu Jingren, chairman of the board, and 2011 National Excellent Quality Management Team to two subject teams.
Over the years, YRPG has attached great importance to quality management. YRPG not only put overall quality management as an important daily work, but also took it as a corporate culture, establishing various QC teams, and expanding activity areas. This effectively promoted the sustained and healthy development of YRPG's quality management work.
Firstly, YRPG continually strengthened the awareness of quality management. The QC team number was increasing year by year, from 56 in 2009, 59 in 2010, to 79 in 2011;
Secondly, YRPG increased funds for efforts to offer annual awards to outstanding quality management teams, fully stimulating the employees to participate in the technology improvement and management innovation, achieving the goal of "New activity, new products and new excellent employees for each new year";
Thirdly, YRPG paid close attention to overall quality management, widely carrying out "Small, Real, New and Flexible" QC team activities. The quality management played a more and more important role in terms of quality improvement, efficiency increase, management innovation, energy saving, creating high economic benefits.
Since 2005, YRPG has for seven consecutive years kept the record of the most first prizes of the National Pharmaceutical Industry QC Achievements Appraisal at the National Pharmaceutical Industry QC Achievements Released and Exchange Conference annually held by the China Pharmaceutical Quality Management Association. This year, YRPG set up a new industry record with 78 pieces of QC achievements, nearly half of the total number of the first prizes, showing a unique competitive advantage.
