National Non-public Enterprise Top 100 CPC Organizations with Double Strengths are revealed at Beijing Great Hall to enhance understanding of the party organizingin the private sector, honor their models in CPC organizing and promote experience exchange. YRPG Party Committee won the honor.
Approved by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the National Party Organization ConstructionSeminar, the activity was held by Non-public Economic OrganizationsCPC Construction Special Committee of National CPC Organization Construction Seminar,Xinhuanet, the periodical of China Comment, and the periodical of CPC Construction of Non-public Enterprise and its website station.According to the selection standards and through the process of recommendation and application, primary selection by experts, public poll and expert evaluation, CPC organizations of one hundred private enterprises,including Party Committees of Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Hongdou Group, and YRPG, won the honor.
In recent years, abiding by the principle of "Synchronizing CPC construction with enterprise development, and promoting enterprise developmentwith the aid of CPC construction", YRPG continuously renovated its theories and methods of CPC construction, and actively involvedthe Party members and employees in enterprise reform and development,occupyingthe top one position for two consecutive years inChinese medicine industry.Focusing on the enterprise development, YRPGpushedforward the CPC organizingand establishedParty Branch in each department, such as production, R&D, quality control anddistributionto tap Party organizations' strength.YRPG carriedout the activity of striving for excellence, set Party Member Pioneer Post and Party Member Responsibility Area and organizedthe vocational skills contest with the purpose of exerting the Party members' leading role. ThroughParty member activities,YRPG Party Committeeenrichedtheir life. They also built Dongfanghong (Red East) Square with distinctive features. On each July 1, Enrollment Oath for New Party Members and Celebration Ceremony are held. The revolutionary songs contestwas organized onthe same day. For many years, YRPG has been taking the lead in welfare activities, such as earthquake relief, poverty alleviation, army supporting, educational endowment, and bridge and road construction, making the total social donation of more than RMB 300 million. For many times, YRPG was awarded China Top 500 Enterprises and China Top 500 Taxpayers. YRPG was also granted the honors:National Labor Medal, National Advanced Unit of Spiritual Civilization Construction,National Model Worker Home, and National Advanced Private Enterprise in Employment and Social Security, Jiangsu Advanced Primary Party Organization.
