On July 7,YRPG and China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) held the inauguration ceremony of aCPUYouth Entrepreneurship and Employment Practice Base and CPU Students' Social Practice Basein Haiyan hotel. Attendees included Zhang Fuzhen, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of CPU; Sun Jun, Department Director of Organization Department of China Pharmaceutical University;Yu Feng, Vice President of the School of pharmacy; Xu Jingren, YRPG Chairman;Ji Weiqun, YRPG Deputy General Manager;Zheng Lu, principal of Drug Research Institute of YRPG; Wen Xiaoguang, Vice President of Drug Research Institute.
In his speech, Xu Jingren claimed that the current achievement of YRPG cannot be made without the talent support of China Pharmaceutical University. The establishment of two bases, demonstrating consensus between leaders of both sides, not only helps students participate in practice and enhance ability, but also builds a good platform for YRPG to spot and introduce talents. It is predictable that the establishment of two bases will certainly become YRPG's cradle and "reservoir" of talent on first-class pharmacy science and technology.
Ms. ZhangFuzhen also introduced CPU's strength and development prospects in China pharmaceutical industry. She said that CPU and YRPG have close relationships, NumerousCPU graduates joined YRPG and many YRPG basic-and middle-level managers once took top-upcourses in CPU. She said that, considering the cooperation background and foreground of CPU and YRPG,YRPG was the backbone of the domestic pharmaceutical industry and the first choice of CPU. She hoped that the two sides take the opportunity of the inauguration ceremony to push forward the powerful combination and complement each other's advantages. Student representative of CPU also showed their gratitude or YRPG in offering probation and practice bases, and expressed their resolution to make full use of this platform by combining theory and practice and enhancing ability so as to make their contribution for the enterprise development.
Then, Zhang Fuzhen and Xu Jingren inaugurated for the two bases. YRPG would train the probationers and apprentices inthe fields of Group products, new drug R&D and new GMP, and show them around the workshops and Quality Inspection Centers to get the specific knowledge of the Group working process and experiment environment.
