Aiming at enhancing the quality control of pharmaceutical industry, and driving boost the national pharmaceutical industry, the 32^thConference for QC Team Achievements in National Pharmaceutical industry PharmaceuticalIndustry was held by CQAP(China Quality Association for Pharmaceuticals)inHarbin from July 18 to 22. The meeting reviewed and promoted the achievements of 2011 QC team activities, and also praised the model groups and individuals. Zhang Heyong, Chairman of CQAP, Zhang Jianping, Director of Heilongjiang Provincial State Food and Drug Administration, and 435 representatives of 96 pharmaceutical enterprises and 31 pharmaceutical groups from 19 cities and provinces attended the meeting.
CQAP invited 4 experts and 35 judges to assess QC team achievements. After two days' procedure, CQAP granted 176 First prizes, 81 Second prizes, 41 Honorable Mention Prizes, 88 Best Publication Prizes, 7 Best Organization Prizes, and 11 Trustworthy Quality Team Prizes.
YRPG was the biggest winner in the meeting: 78 first prizes and 58 Best Publication Prizes, renewing YRPG's record again. What's more, YRPGwon the first prize of QC achievements in pharmaceuticalindustryfor seven years on succession. At the same time, the Group was awarded The National Pharmaceutical industry QC Team Activities Excellent Company and Best Organization of QC Activities. Xu Jingren, YRPG Chairman of Board, won the title of The National Pharmaceutical industry QC Team Activities Excellent Leader. Liang Yuantai, General Manager Assistant, and Ji Hongying, Dean of QC Center, were awarded Excellent Quality Manager and Excellent QC Dean respectively.
As an influential exchange platform of QC management in national pharmaceutical industry, the national pharmaceutical industry QC team activities and its annual achievements can reflect the management standard of pharmaceutical enterprises and the QC in the production of medicine. The theme of this year is "Improve through Innovation". There were 289 achievements of this appraisal. The number of the representatives and variety of topics broke the record. The estimated benefit of this meeting is RMB 830 million.
YRPG has always been a supporter of QC team activities, and sees them as an effective way ofbuilding basic level teams. YRPG has more than 100 QC teams for products, R&D, and quality control. Making use of advanced quality management the ries and methods, YRPG carries out activities involving in improving techniques, reducing cost, enhancing efficiency, saving energy and reducing waste to improve quality and technology, and has yield considerable economic benefits.
