On December 13, Liu Qian, Deputy Minister of Health, came to attend the first China (Taizhou) International Medical Expo, inspected YRPG inthe company of Chairman Xu Jingren.
Liu Qian and his group visited the production workshop of Lanqin Oral Solution, and learned the product quality, process, product price, and marketing. Lanqin Oral Solution, one of the leading products in YRPG’s TCM series, has been acknowledged as the preferred drug for the prevention ofcommon hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) by Ministry of Health and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM). Liu Qian said that YRPG had set an example in revitalizing national medicine by depending on scientific and technological innovations.
Xu Jingren said that YRPG would continue to make great efforts to flourish TCM industry and develop more products of independent intellectual property rights based on carrying forward national medicine culture, and build a TCM industrial park characterized by combination of modern technology and traditional culture within three to five years.
Liu Qian pointed out that TCM was a treasure in Chinese brilliant civilization of five thousand years. He hoped that YRPG could enhance innovations, do more research and development (R&D) to develop more new medicines, and make full use of their advantages in science and technology, and talents to foster their core competitiveness in modern TCM R&D and production.
