A new height was reached in quality management and the brand construction has yielded rich results frequently. On November 29, in the exchange meeting of working experience in industrial quality of Jiangsu province, which was held in Nanjing, the Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group was awarded Outstanding Enterprise with Quality Management in Enterprises of Jiangsu Province by the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and Xu Jingren was honored as Outstanding Leader of Quality Manager of Jiangsu Province.
The rewarded enterprise was among the best in the same industry domestically with strong innovative ability and high technical level, and must be vanguard enterprise in the provincial industry or key technological enterprise identified by the Province. The rewarded enterprise must have characteristics of widespread mass quality activities, such as having established perfect quality management system, good field management, quality improvement and research, QC group, etc. A total of 33 enterprises and 29 entrepreneurs won the special award.
Leaders of the Provincial and Municipal Economic and Information Commission, the relative provincial industry association and representatives from more than 100 key enterprise groups attended the meeting. Leaders of Science and Technology Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Secretary of party committee and director of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Chen Zhenning delivered important speeches in the meeting respectively. They hoped enterprises could integrate important work of transformation and upgrading of the current economy, persistently enhance relative measures to create new situation in industrial management and to make new contribution in promoting industrial economy in Jiangsu to develop good and fast. During the meeting, Global Quality Commitment Initiative Activity of Jiangsu Industrial Enterprises contest has been carried out and a total of 108 enterprises as representatives of Jiangsu industrial enterprises participated.
