The delegation of the pharmaceutical new generation gathered at YRPG on August 28 to discuss policy changes of the new medical system reform and exchange opinions on enterprise management and operation. A batch of new-generation enterprise leaders from YRPG, Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Tasly Pharmaceutical Group, Sunflower Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Shenqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. attended the salon in the company of Xu Haoyu, a member of the "new-generation" bloc, the executive President and Vice President of YRPG.
Wang Heng, General Manager of Beijing Bestly Consulting Co., Ltd., and Li Weijun, Supervisor of the Human Resource Department of YRPG, further interpreted "The New Era: the Specialty Is Our Baton and the Fittest with Performance, the Study with Improvement---to Create the Prominent Performance" respectively to analyze the promotion emphases of products featuring different life cycles, the current marketing volume and the human resource development course in a deep manner to these new generation members in the industry.
YRPG aims to walk into the counterpart’s enterprises for mutual understanding more cooperation opportunities. On August 18, the Annual Conference of National Pharmaceutical Industry Information of Year 2010 and the First Promulgation Conference of Top 100 Enterprises in National Pharmaceutical Industry were convened at China Pharmaceutical Industry Information Center. YRPG ranked 1^stamong Top 100 Enterprises in National Pharmaceutical Industry. YRPG has attracted great attentions from its counterparts for its rapid development. The delegation of the "new-generation" visited the high rack warehouses, oral solution and solid preparations workshops of YRPG whose modernized operation line and the garden-type factories impressed them a lot.
The "new generation" delegation also visited China Pharmaceutical Town, looked around its panorama with great vigor and looked on the overall planning chart and video introduction to understand the policy on the investment item density and tax as well as the development and the future development space of the industrial chain. The "new generation" highly praised the rapid growth of the town with YRPG as the leading enterprise. In the salon period, the "new generation" also visited Taizhou, a famous town with long history and profound cultures, felt the humanistic accumulation and continuation under the umbrage of the gingko tree of a thousand of years and at the long corridor of An'ding Academy.
The "new pharmaceutical generation" was initiated in April 2008 with the theme of "pharmaceutical new generation" salon to centralize successors of private enterprises and the newly-emerging outstanding professional managers to make friends, learn from each other, eliminate interference together and seek common development. Successors of private enterprises among them are receiving the baton from their father generation, representing a newly-emerging strength.
