Although the state stipulates that enterprises reach the requirements within 2 years upon its implementation, YRPG plans to take the lead in passing the new GMP with triumphant confidence." It is the message from the mobilization meeting of the 24^thquality month activity of YRPG.
The mobilization meeting of the 24^th"Quality Month" of YRPG was convened on September 1, when the R&D department, the production department, the quality department and the operation department joined together to implement new GMP. Liang Yuantai, General Manager Assistant of YRPG, delivered a speech for mobilization. He emphasized that the "quality month" should adhere to the theme of "promoting the new GMP in an all-round way and perfecting the quality control system", and required various departments and subsidiary companies to organize employees to study the new GMP, remove the existing disparities, establish the improvement project and monitor the implementation strictly.
During the quality month, the group would make best use of TV, newspaper and network media to promote the publicity in an all-round way so as to create a sound environment of everyone concerning and regarding the product’s quality. Various departments would organize employees to study the Good Manufacture Practice and fill in the Comparison and Removal Summary with New GMP so as to compare the items one by one, find the disparity in terms of the hardware and software and thus propose the improvement measures. In the activity, the production guidance center and the quality control center would also organize various labor competitions to cultivate an atmosphere favorable to competition, where everyone strives to be the operation master-hand and everyone feels proud of pursuing excellent quality. The human resource department would establish a special team to inspect and assess effects of the "quality month" activity, and organize the "quality month" summary conference to award units and individuals with outstanding achievements.
People in the industry believe that the new GMP has greatly upgraded the software requirements, while the existing edition has seriously held back the pharmaceutical industry of China. The implementation of the new GMP could be a "severe winter" to enterprises without preparation and a golden opportunity to those with sufficient preparations. As YRPG features various product specifications and production worships with many under construction, the group shall improve the quality control system in the course of hardware reconstructing and new project establishment. The group will develop the "hardware" and the "software" simultaneously with rational planning. It will carry out the attestation as per the new GMP as soon as possible upon its promulgation. It will make the quality reach international standards, thus guaranteeing the rapid-yet-steady development of the group.
