The delegation of the inter-ministry joint survey team of the State Council on employment, seven members included, arrived at YRPG on July 11 under the leadership of Yu Faming, Director of the Department of Employment Promotion of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to carry out the survey concerning the construction of the employment internship base of higher education institution graduates of Jiangsu Province and the employment conditions of higher education institutions graduates.
Vice Major Zhang Aiping, Liu Shigen, Director of the Municipal Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, Zha Xuebin, Director of the Organization Department of Gaogang District Committee, Deputy District Chief, Ji Hongquan, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of the group, Liu Xiuxia, General Manager Assistant, and Li Weijun, Human Resource Supervisor accompanied the survey.
The delegation deepened its on-site survey at the enterprise’s frontline and listened to the report on the construction of the internship base and the employment promotion of higher education institutions gradates. As the internship base of higher education institutions graduates of Jiangsu Province, YRPG has provided them with favorable study, work and living conditions. It has admitted 361 apprentices ever since 2008 with 205 of them accomplishing their internship by June of this year and 197 signing the labor contract with their “five insurances and one funds (including the endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance and maternity insurance as well as the housing provident fund)” paid by the group as stipulated. The employment rate of the apprentice reached 96.1%. Besides, the group has been the youth employment and entrepreneurship internship base of Peking University and thus won the title of “National Advanced Private Enterprise on Employment and Social Security” jointly conferred by National Association of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and All-China Federation of Labor.
Director Yu Faming highly praised YRPG’s contributions to promoting the employment of higher education institutions graduates. He gave recognition to YRPG as the national employment internship base of higher education constitutions graduates. He would like to summarize and promote the enterprise’s good experience and practices for the employment internship of graduates.
