On July 28, before the eve of Army Day (August 1, PLA's anniversary), Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group(YRPG) held the 15^thmilitary drill match with uniform clothing, clangorous slogans and orderly actions. Zhang Benyin, Taizhou Member of the Standing Committee of CPC and Commander of Taizhou Military Sub-Area, Zhuang Yichun, the original Political Commissar of Taizhou Military Sub-Area and Xu Jingren, YRPG's Chairman and CPC Secretary, watched the match.
It was hot at four o'clock. Under high temperature, the match still went on. 14 teams from the headquarters and subsidiaries of YRPG and 5 teams composing of new employees joined in this match. In high spirit and morale, they passed in review with their training achievements to present a tribute to PLA's 83^rdanniversary.
Both men teams and women teams showed their braveness despite high temperature. After commanders released orders, each team exhibited outstanding performance through orderly and standard actions. These won praises from leaders and audience. Finally, the representative team from the Fourth Company won the first prize; the First Company and the Fifth Company won the second prizes; the Second Company, the Quality Management Department, and Jiangsu Limited Liability Company won the third prizes.
21 teams attended the match this year. 4 women teams who entered the final match stood out. They presented their best performance even competing with men, which won showers of applause. During training, their face was tanned and their voice turned hoarse. However, they persisted in training. Their hard training led to their current outstanding performance. The representative teams from the drug institute and the general operation company also entered the final match after hard trainings. Their performance attracted audience's eyes.
Zhang Benyin, Xu Jingren and other YRPG's leaders granted awards to prize winners. Xu Jingren said that the military drill match showed YRPG employees' energy and vigorousness. He expected that disciplines and work styles cultivated during the military training would be applied to work in the future, and new employees could study diligently to attain scientific and technological achievements.
"Military training is like a symphony, in which hardship and joys are the two themes. After the military training, we become stronger and braver. We become independent and unified." said Wang Gang, a new employee of YRPG. Over 190 new employees including Wang Gang grew rapidly through this military training.
YRPG has held the military drill match for 15 years. Military training has become a characteristic of YRPG. Through militarized training and management, YRPG has cultivated an employee team with strict discipline, righteous work style and steadfast attitudes, which improves the executive forces.
