At present, Quality Testing Center of YRPG has successfully obtained the qualification of national laboratory upon the on-site appraisal of experts from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
The appraisal experts confirmed the applied 71 testing items and 6 authorized signers, carried out an overall appraisal of such 25 factors as the laboratory management system, work procedure, employees, equipment, testing method, environment and establishments, samples, sampling disposal, quality control and validations, records (quality records and technical records) and result reports by means of the document review, on-site testing, on-site quiz, review and testing typical reports, record checking, comparison experiment and experiment flow monitoring as well as examination of authorized signers according to requirements of CNAS/CL01:2006 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, CNAS/CL09:2006 Guidance on the Application of Laboratory Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Microorganism Tests, CNAS/CL10:2006 Guidance on the Application of Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Chemical Testing. They unanimously believed that the Quality Testing Center of YRPG had established a complete set of quality management system documents with scientific and standard testing procedures, and competent of testing 71 inspection items as applied in the microorganism and chemical testing field. They declared the Quality Testing Center of YRPG had passed the on-site appraisal of national laboratory recognition.
The national laboratory recognition (ISO/IEC 17025) is an overall and systematic appraisal of laboratories by the national authoritative institution in terms of the impartiality and technical management abilities; at the same time it is a formal recognition of the laboratory’s ability of testing (or) calibration. The approval of the national laboratory recognition would further promote the management and technical abilities of the Quality Testing Center of YRPG and upgrade the authority of the testing results by our enterprise.
With the sustainable, rapid and sound development of YRPG in recent years, the Quality Testing Center has been bearing increasingly onerous testing tasks with higher requirements of the laboratory techniques; therefore, the Quality Testing Center has established the guiding ideology of "the technology serves the health", performed the quality guideline of "preciseness, science, legitimacy and promptness" and unceasingly upgraded the testing strength and technical level so as to provide powerful quality guarantee for the enterprise’s sound and rapid development. Besides, the Quality Testing Center was also designated as the training base by National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (NICPBP).
