The conference on industrial economy, science and technology was convened at Taizhou City on March 1 with advanced units and individuals in terms of economic affairs as well as the projects with scientific and technological advancement in 2009 commended. YRPG was honored “Top 10 Excellent Enterprise” and “Top 10 Enterprise in Sales Invoicing with National Tax” of the city while the salesman Feng Liucheng was honored with the title of “Top 10 Excellent Sales Star”, which have represented the sufficient recognition of the enterprise’s contributions to the municipal industrial economy by the municipal committed and the municipal government.
Last year, the decision deployment of the municipal committee and the municipal government was earnestly implemented at the municipal industrial, scientific and technological battlefront to affront difficulties and challenges brought by the international financial crisis, and solid and effective measures were adopted by closely circumfusing the central task of “guaranteeing the increase, promoting the development and adding the vigor” with satisfying results achieved. The sales volume of RMB 356.93 billion with the increase of 29% was obtained as to above-scale industries, which highlighted the increase ranked on the 2nd place of the province; the profit tax of RMB 41.75 billion and the profit of RMB 24.43 billion were achieved with the increase of 43.7% and 60.3% respectively, which highlighted the increase ranked on the 3rd place of the province; besides, the index of integrated benefits of environment and economy and its increase were all ranked on the top of the province. Especially, such six indexes as the industrial added value of above-scale industries, the registered capital of individual and private economy, the output value of high-and-new technology industry, the fixed asset investment, the credit balance and the residents’ deposit balance all exceeded RMB 100 billion Yuan for the first time.
Zhang Lei, Secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee, required us to persist in openness and innovation, strive to get rid of conventional development thought, traditional work approaches and existing environment restrictions, and develop the industrial economy, scientific and technological innovations under the new status so as to create a new development road with Taizhou characteristics and advantages.
Sun Tianjiang, Deputy General Manager of YRPG delivered a speech on the conference, stating that the enterprise would consider the “sound and rapid development with innovations to create a stronger enterprise” as its development keynote while paying great attentions to transforming the development method, intensifying the new product R&D and market promotion, consolidating and expanding the sales channel so as to make profits out of quality and management; besides, efforts shall be made to seize opportunities, take the initiatives, control the commanding points, create new advantages and realize new development so as to guarantee the increase of annual operation index by 15% and make new contributions to the municipal industrial economy.
