The signing ceremony of “Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Internship Base” held by the CYL Committee of Peking University was grandly convened at the Press Conference Room of Peking Talent Exchange Center on March 24 where 15 administrative departments and enterprises including YRPG signed the cooperation agreement with the CYL Committee of Peking University as the internship base of students of Peking University.
The establishment of the “Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Internship Base” could be not only conducive for youth students to access the post in advance, accumulate work experience, improve employment and entrepreneurship abilities, and boost their confidence in this regard so as to lay solid foundation for their entering the society after graduation; at the same time, it has provided a brand new channel for giving a full play to the talent advantage of Peking University and serving the local construction and enterprise development; besides, it has also established a favorable platform for the employment unit to select employees.
It was understood that each cooperation unit shall provide no less than 10 internship posts in principal for each year. The internship was set during the summer and winter vocation, lasting for one to two months. These internship posts would publicized to all students of Peking University. The candidates after interview and selection as per standard flow would be organized by the CYL Committee and then distributed to adaptable posts of various internship units to practice during the vacations.
Liu Xiuxia, General Manager Assistant of the group attended the signing ceremony and stated that YRPG would provide suitable posts in combination of the students’ majors and well settle the logistics affairs including the living guarantee so as to provide superior services for the entrepreneurship and internship of youth from Peking University, help them leap from the campus students to professionals; at the same time, the enterprise would consider the “internship base” as a sound opportunity of talent cultivation and intensify the contacts with higher education institutions by close and deep cooperation so as to realize the mutual advantage complementation between higher education institutions and local enterprises as well as mutual benefit and win-win results.
