Mobile EMBA Class of Pharmaceutical Industry of Tsinghua University Came to YRPG

The medical reform affected the nerves of the entire pharmaceutical industry. How will the enterprises adapt to the sharp change of situation of the marketing reform and innovation? From October 23 to 24, the mobile EMBA class of pharmaceutical industry of Tsinghua University came to YRPG Pharmaceutical Group lecture. 23 executives of the national pharmaceutical industry gathered to discuss the pharmaceutical market situation, and closely focused on the successful cases of the YRPG Pharmaceutical Group.
Being at the top of the industry, the students had an interactive communication in the classroom, and some viewpoints produced a collision of wisdom. Xiong Xianjun, currently serving as Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Health Insurance Research Association, invited by the students, conducted an analysis of the medical reform and the health insurance new policies, and from an entire new perspective interpreted the medical reform and the health insurance new policies. Wang Heng, General Manager of Beijing Bestly Consulting Co., Ltd, with his rich practical experience, talked about the specialized promotion and marketing innovation for pharmaceutical companies and helped everyone to further broaden their thinking and vision. The class presented a warm atmosphere and lively scenes where students freely spoke their minds. During the debates and discussions, the students raised high levels of management experience and commercial warfare experience.
As the leader of the pharmaceutical industry, YRPG Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd has always been attracting the attention of the counterparts. In this classroom, Vice President Xu Haoyu, under the subject of survival of the fittest, combining with business practice, delivered a speech to everyone in regard of the Chinese pharmaceutical companies marketing way out. He appointed out that facing a complex and volatile market environment, the fittest survive, the innovators win and the strongest are always the winners. The pharmaceutical enterprises must respond to the changes in the market, build their own safety systems, from concept, strategy and market operation to break out, and search for more effective rules of survival; at the same time, it is necessary to take full advantage of the state's supporting policies, to train hard the innovative internal strength and promote industrial upgrading; it is important to seize the market expansion opportunities that the new health care reform is going to bring, strengthen the marketing innovation, take differentiated development paths, so as to achieve the success of national everlasting marketing with the continuous success of periodical marketing in the regional market. Xu Haoyu's elaborated point of view attracted everyone's same feeling. People spoke very frankly among peers, talked without reserves, and reached consensus during the debate.
EMBA is rated as the ideological gym of the business elite.
