On September 23, the Development and Reform Committee of the province organized experts to carry out an inspection to the company’s “Collaborative E-Commerce Platform” project. The Group’s Information Center went through a serious material preparation and a warm reception, through segments such as on-site inspections, project implementation reports, system demonstrations and experts’ questions, and the company’s overall situation of project implementation obtained a high degree of recognition from leaders and experts of the Development and Reform Committee of the province, who gave a high rating. The experts think that the project starts from the reality, is closely integrated to the GMP and GSP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, has a reasonable design program, an advanced technology, and a scientific and standardized management process. The inspection and acceptance committee unanimously agreed to qualify the project in inspection and acceptance.
In 2005, Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd applied for the project of Collaborative E-Commerce Integrated Solution of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd, and obtained the approval. In the same year, the Collaborative E-Commerce Platform of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd project passed the examination and obtained RMB 7 million of special funds for informatization from the National Development and Reform Commission. The Collaborative E-Commerce Platform project mainly comprises computer room transformation and basic application system, the group’s ERP system, the office automation and mobile office system, storage and logistic system, the group’s distribution settlement management system and department-level information portal system. The project has achieved the effective integration and business coordination of the group’s information flow, storage and logistics, capital flow, business flow and value stream, and has also achieved the integration of GMP and GSP management control, has further deepened, perfected and integrated the group’s ERP system, improved the collaborative communication capability of each internal enterprise of the group and achieved expected goals.
After its construction, the “Collaborative E-Commerce Platform” will cover the group’s main tasks such as production, logistics, quality, sales, finance, personnel and administration. The users will include employees of all levels from the group headquarter, the subsidiaries and all sales offices in China. The system design is reasonable, the operation is stable and reliable, the coverage is wide, the application is deep, the operational costs have been significantly reduced, which have promoted the enterprises management innovation, optimized the business process to play a role in promoting and demonstrating to the same industry in implementing coordinated E-commerce informatization projects  improving the application level of the collaborative E-Commerce of the entire pharmaceutical industry, so as to drive the regional economy and create a new model of information applications in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
