From September 24 to 26, the 2009 seminar of county (city) level hospitals of Jiangsu province was held in Jingjiang. This activity was sponsored by Jiangsu Province Hospital Association, assisted by Jingjiang People’s Hospital and hosted by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. Fan Min, Vice Mayor of Jingjiang City and Ji Weiqun, Vice General Manager of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
Ji Weiqun, Vice General Manager representing Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd, expressed warm congratulations to the triumphant opening of the seminar. He said that the county (city) level hospitals throughout the country has always been the front field of the sales of medicine from Yangtze River, while the county (city) level hospitals of Jiangsu Province in the forefront of the country are even more an important support for the past and future development of Yangtze River, playing a driving and a domino effect for the enterprise’s sales in the entire country. We sincerely hope that through the sponsorship of this activity, we can listen to the valuable opinions for the hospitals on construction and development, and convey further cooperation messages and good wishes to the county (city) level hospitals.
Second-class hospitals on county (city) level are the basis for the development of the public health service in China, are the core of the rural medical and health services and also the hub of the urban and rural health care service system, which play a pivotal role in China’s medical and health care system. On the meeting, the responsible people from 134 second-class hospitals coming from various cities and counties from Jiangsu Province, together with the meeting attendants, explored new methods for the construction and development of county (city) level hospitals. The discussions put an emphasis on the problems such as hospital management innovation, construction of hospitals’ talents teams, construction of medical equipment and information construction.
On the meeting Liu Canjun, President of Jingjiang People’s Hospital, made a speech titled New Insights of Hospital Relocation. During the meeting the general election of county (city) level hospital branch was carried out and the visit to Jingjiang People’s Hospital was organized.
