In the afternoon of July 31, YRPG held the 14^th Employee Parade Competition of Military Training at Xinglin Square. When the 82^nd anniversary of army building is coming, YRPG staff with excellent spirituality and military training performance was reviewed by the army chief and Group managers, celebrating the 60^th anniversary of the founding of the PRC. Zhuang Yichun, Political Commissar of Taizhou Military Subarea, and Xu Jingren watched the competition.
To prepare for the competition, each department selected excellent members, invited military instructors, and trained in their spare time. Through the inside and outside preliminary matches, fifteen teams entered the final competition. In competition, each team was refreshed in uniform dress with boosting moral. The men teams were high-spirited and vigorous, and the woman teams were valiant and heroic in bearing. Each move was accurate completed in the queue formation exercise, showing the aggressive mental outlook and solid military quality of YRPG employees. After the fierce competition, the representative of Company IV won the first prize. Zhuang Yichun, Xu Jingren and other leaders presented prizes for the winning teams.
President Xu Jingren commented on the competition, affirmed the excellent performance of each team, and hoped the masses of cadres and workers could learn the army and soldiers and utilize the gains from the military training in the daily work, vigorously carrying forward the military heroism spirit, and fulfilling own duties to make contribution to the annual goal.
At night, Taizhou Military Subarea and YRPG held the Army Day Gala. The cadres and workers of the Group and officers and soldiers of the Military Subarea sang military songs and patriotic songs, showing the deep friendship between soldiers and civilians.
