YRPG Held Entry Welcome Banquet for New Employees

At night of August 11, the entry welcome banquet for new employees was being held at International Conference Center of Petrel Hotel. This banquet aimed to help new employees adapt to new environment, raise the new employees' sense of belonging and team awareness, and promote the communication and cooperation between colleagues.
Chen Guohua, member of Taizhou Standing Committee and Secretary of Taizhou Discipline Inspection Commission, Xu Jingren, YRPG Chairman, and department principals attended the banquet. During the banquet, new employees presented the art performance. Leaders from Taizhou and YRPG sent their greetings to new employees. The banquet was full of joy and harmony.
Before dinner, President Xu Jingren delivered a speech on behalf of the Group to welcome the new members. He said that YRPG has gone through 38-year business process with numerous rough experiences before obtaining the current splendid performance. However, we do not think it is a victory, but a starting point towards next goals. He hoped that new members could do solid work, exert their intelligence and jointly devote themselves to YRPG's cause.
Secretary Chen Guohua welcomed the young talents from universities nationwide to join YRPG and hoped that new staff could cherish the platform offered by YRPG and build their solid career.
This year, altogether 132 outstanding graduates form Peking University, Nanjing University, and China Pharmaceutical University, etc. joined YRPG. Different to that of previous years, all recruited graduates are from reputable 985 and 211 colleges and universities, including masters and doctors of 68. New employees are outstanding for quantity, education background, and professional structure. Their recruitment has injected new vitality for YRPG.
Military training in hot weather of more than 30°C was the first class of new employees after joining YRPG. In order to help every new employee adapt to a new position as soon as possible, the Group has worked out systematic post training plan, in which new employees would attend the two-month induction training from July. Besides the Enterprise culture, history, rules and regulations, and product knowledge, new employees would learn role transition, personal ability, and quality training, etc.; furthermore, they would have their one-month internship in key workshops, then attend concentrated training and be examined by relevant departments for the probation period. In addition, the Group would organize the basketball and football games, as well as the speech contest in English, debate, and writing competition to enrich their life.
The new comers said that the Group leaders have great expectation for them, and YRPG provides them with a broad development space, which give them full confidence for their future career as well as the development prospect of YRPG.
