On September 2, Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group held the mobilization meeting for the 22nd "Quality Month" activity to fully deploy the quality improvement work. Xu Jingren, the Chairman of the Board of the Group, and Chen Guanhua, Director of Taizhou Food and Drugs Administration, both addressed the meeting. Management staffs from internal line sections of the group and the personnel above the level of production workshop team leaders also attended the meeting.
Year 2009 was the national "Quality Safety Year" decreed by the Central Communist Party Committee and the State Council. In order to facilitate the continuous improvement of the enterprise’s quality work, improve employees' awareness of quality and definitely prevent the quality risks for the enterprise, on the basis of the 21st "Quality Month" in March, and according to the overall requirements on being effective, orderly and powerful, the group continues to further conduct the 22nd "Quality Month" activity, the topic being "connecting people, perfecting system and improving quality".
On the mobilization meeting, President Xu Jingren analyzed the medicine quality status quo, recognized the company's achievements in the quality construction over recent years, and meanwhile emphasized some problems existing in quality management now. Xu Jingren requested that all the departments shall further strengthen the awareness of "quality as the vocation" during the quality month, seriously eliminate the existing problems and take feasible improvement measures to definitely stop the fake behaviors and old ways and try to obtain tangible results.
Sha Qi, Executive of the group’s Production Command Center presided over the meeting, and introduced the scheme of the "Quality Month" activity. Liang Yuantai, assistant to General Manager, made a mobilization report on behalf of the "Quality Month" activity leading team. He expressed his expectations on how to strengthen quality attestation, find out the support for quality management, guarantee the long-term effective management on quality, analyze the existing weakness in the current quality management of the enterprise and carry out the "Quality Month" activity.
Director Chen Guanhua put forward the requirements on the quality work of the enterprise on behalf of the Municipal Food and Drugs Administration. He said that the activity of this quality month time could be concluded as follows: accurate recognition, clear target, clarified thinking, effective measures, real work and innovation. At the same time, he expressed his opinions on how to carry out this activity. First, further strengthen the awareness of the first responsible person. Second, further strengthen the quality safety awareness, which is shown mainly on three words "high, strict and fast", i.e. the standard on medicine shall be as high as possible, the management shall be as strict as possible and the treatment on drug safety problems shall be as fast as possible. Third, further strengthen the opportunity innovation consciousness. It is necessary to know accurately the new changes and situations concerning pharmaceutical development environment, think and plan in advance, and make relevant adjustment concerning product structure, research and development and marketing strategies so as to adapt to the country's new medical reform policies,, move with the trend, go upward, be active and seize the opportunity.
The quality month will focus on the improvement of management problems and technological problems in the following areasin all administrative sections revolving improvement of work quality and service qualityand it includes
