Recently, through experts' strict selection, the new medicine "Jingqianping Granule" developed by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group (YRPG) has been selected as "Jiangsu Independent Innovative Product". This new and effective medicine specializes in the premenstrual syndrome. It fills the domestic blank.
"Jingqianping Granule"is based on an experienced prescription of Zhang Zhenping who is an old famous doctor tutor on traditional Chinese medicine. The prescription mainly treats breast distention and dysphoria before menstruation. "Jingqianping Granule" is pure TCM preparation and was developed in 2000. Through 303 patients' clinical tests made by five hospitals including Xiyuan Hospital CACMS and Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of TCM, the clinical cure rate is 79.2% and the total effectiveness rate reaches 95.55%.
In 2006, the independent innovative medicine developed by YRPG was awarded the Second Prized of National Science and Technology Progress Award. Before then, Bailemian Capsule, another product of YRPG, had also been selected as Jiangsu Independent Innovative Product.
