From May 6 to May 8, a group of officials in Sudan Ministry of Public Health led by Dr. Hisham, Prof. Hassan and Dr. Balgees conducted GMP examination towards YRPG.
During the examination, Dr. Hisham and others came to the workshop and conducted a strict examination towards the production lines of solid preparations, injection solutions, freeze-dried power injection, ointment, cephalosporin preparations, and antitumor preparations, etc. and had a detailed understanding of the documents concerning personnel training plan, personnel archive, safety manuals, and the records of recalled products and their batches, etc. On the conclusion meeting, Sudanese officials spoke highly of the hardware and software facilities of YPGP and offered some suggestions as well. On behalf of the Group, General Manager Assistant, Liang Taiyuan expressed gratitude to them and promised that the Group would continue to update the GMP system and strive to provide high quality service to the Sudan market.
According to the Drug and Poison Law of Sudan, it is illegal to manufacture, import or sell any drug that is not registered in accordance with the law. Therefore, while dealing with the registration applications of drugs manufactured by foreign factories, DGOP in Sudan needs to ensure that the factory is well equipped and has the ability to produce quality drugs for the prequalification evaluation. With the previous preparation, YRPG has successfully passed the prequalification evaluation. The examination this time will pave the way for the registration and sales of YRPG's products in Sudan.
