Several days ago, YRPG was granted the title "Jiangsu Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Technology Innovation Sample Enterprise" by Jiangsu Science and Technology Department.
In order to solve the urgent requirements for Jiangsu economic and social developments, from this year to 2010, Jiangsu will carry out energy-saving and emission-reduction technology-supporting actions. As described, these actions will focus on ten energy-saving and emission-reduction key technology fields to support 100 sample enterprises. Innovation ability of these enterprises shall be in the front rank over the nation; or energy consumption and emission reduction indicators shall be among the minimum in Jiangsu.
The sample enterprises selection activity is helpful to integrate social resources and activate people's enthusiasm for energy saving and emission reduction. Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Federation of Trade Union and the Federation of Industry & Commerce will directly guide and support pilot enterprises. They will establish a key contact system with these enterprises and implement the relevant supporting measures according to actual situations of these enterprises.
YRPG has attached great importance to energy saving and emission reduction for many years. It has insisted on strict energy saving management in production and continuous technology reform input. It also has learned from international advanced energy saving and chosen high-tech energy-saving technologies, equipment and management methods.
In recent two years, YRPG has completed more than 30 energy-saving and emission-reduction programs. This has saved more than RMB 10,000,000. YRPG fulfills its social responsibilities actively and carries out energy-saving and emission-reduction actions according to requirements of recycling economy, clean production and industry admittance standards strictly.
Through irregular surveys of the environmental protection department, all YRPG's pollutants were discharged in accordance with the standards. YRPG also passed the site acceptance test of Taizhou Environmental Friendly Enterprise Acceptance Team successfully in last December.
