From February 5 to February 11, YRPG had a meeting with leaders from Taizhou Environmental Protection Bureau, Jiangsu Taizhou Local Taxation Bureau and Taizhou State Taxation Bureau. Gu Guoxiang, Director of Taizhou Environmental Protection Bureau, Zhu Xiangrong, Director of Jiangsu Taizhou Local Taxation Bureau, Li Zhaogui, Director of Taizhou State Taxation Bureau and Xu Jingren, YRPG's President, Xu Haoyu, Deputy President, Xu Liqin, Deputy General Manager, and Liang Yuantai, General Manager Assistant attended the meeting. At the meeting, they had a good communication. Xu Jingren gave an introduction to YRPG's efforts to strengthen drugs quality, environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction and taxes payment. In 2008, YRPG paid the state taxes of RMB 613,000,000 and the local taxes of RMB 239,000,000. Its total taxes payment ranked first in Taizhou, which created a win-win situation for development of both local economy and YRPG. Xu Jingren said that YRPG would make great efforts to achieve the objective of 2009 and make contributions to development of Taizhou's industrial economy. Besides, he also hoped to get support from Taizhou Environmental Protection Bureau, Jiangsu Taizhou Local Taxation Bureau and Taizhou State Taxation Bureau.
All leaders attending the meeting said that YRPG played a leading and sample role in Taizhou's economic development and promoting Taizhou to turn into China Medical City. It was government departments' duty to serve for YRPG and they were willing to provide preferential policies for YRPG and make great efforts in environmental protection, market development, independent innovation, talent introduction and internationalized operation.
