YRPG Ranked on "Top 500 Chinese Brands Influencing the World"

The list of "Top 500 Chinese Brands Influencing the World" in 2008 was announced in Seoul, South Korea several days ago. 500 brands including SINOPEC, CNPC, China Mobile, China Life, Haier and YRPG were on the list. These listed brands will attract attention of worldwide consumers. The list was jointly reviewed and elected by World Famous Brands Assembly (WFBA) and World Brand Organization (WBO), US-China Economic & Investment General Chamber of Commerce and the World Enterprise Research Center of Global City Satellite TV Station (GCSTV). This list aims to "enlarging popularity and reputation of Chinese brands, improving sales forces and influences, implementing brand internationalization strategies, entering and influencing the world".
It is reported that the top 500 Chinese brands were reviewed according to 18 indications including popularity, reputation, credit, satisfaction, faithfulness, influence, growth and innovation. After reviewing and selection from over 3,000 enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Mainland, 68 kinds of brands were listed through reviewing of the international specialist committee. The election procedures included independent questionnaire survey, brand strength research and survey, comprehensive statistics of brand international influences and international specialist letter reviewing etc. Among top 500 brands, 478 are from Chinese mainland, 10 from Hong Kong, 4 from Macao and 8 from Taiwan. 14 brands in pharmaceutical industry were on the list.
YRPG pays more attention to brand construction. They adhere to that improving product quality is important to brand construction; patients and users' satisfaction is important criteria for inspecting product quality. Besides, they implement an enterprise inner quality standard higher than national one and establish a strict, normative, scientific and effective quality management system. YRPG's master trademark "seeking progress all the time and protecting public health" wins the title of "Famous Trademark of China". YRPG also wins the titles of Top 10 Faithful Brands in Most Valuable Chinese Industry, Top 500 Most Valuable Chinese Trademark, Top 500 Chinese Scientific Brands and Medicine Quality Integrity Construction Sample Enterprises in National Pharmaceutical Industry.
Chow kongShankwan, Chairman of WFBA and President of US-China Economic & Investment General Chamber of Commerce, said that this list could help to set up Chinese brands' international image and clear the impression that Chinese products are all in low prices.
