On January 17, a delegation led by the mayor Yao Jianhua came to YRPG Pharmaceutical Group to visit 3 experts including Xu Jingren, Yang Jun and Liu Weidong, brought the wishes for the new year to them, encouraged them to make new merits in the new year and make more contributions for the stable and fast development of the economic society of the city.
President Xu Jingren was elected as the 10th and the 11th CPC member. Doctor Yang Jun is a high-level enterprising innovation talent introduced by Jiangsu Province in 2008, obtained RMB1 million sponsor from the finance, currently acting as the vice director of New Medicine Research Institute of YRPG Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Doctor Liu Weidong, senior management expert from foreign enterprise is now acting as the chief engineer of Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group.
In the past year, facing the heated market competition under financial crisis, under the leadership of President Xu Jingren, YRPG transformed pressure to motive, challenge to opportunity, overcame difficulties to make the enterprise continue keeping the development tendency in stability. During the whole year, the Group achieved growth over 20% in production value, sales and profit and tax, having contributed a heavy gift with the optimistic performance in the reserve situation to the 30 years’ anniversary of open and reform. Xu Jingren reported that in 2009, the enterprise would further liberate the thoughts, reform and innovate, greatly implement such “five engineering strategies” as human resources, innovation and R&D, quality assurance, marketing innovation and operation internationalization, facilitate the enterprise to keep stable and fast growth on the new development platform, trying to make newer and greater contributions to the economic development of Taizhou.
