How many demands are oppressed in the pharmaceutical industry? What kind of demands can be released? Where does the release drive come from? Which companies can benefit from such demands? In order to enable the group’s employees to have a more direct understanding of the macroeconomics of our country and get a more rational commanding of the economy and its tendency of the pharmaceutical industry, Zhou Rui, Chief Analyzer of Pharmaceutical Industry of China Jianyin Investment Securities and Doctor of Fudan University arrived at YRPG on September 25 to give a detailed interpretations.
As hosted by the Agricultural Bank of China Taizhou Sub-branch and co-organized by the Finance Department and Human Resource Department of YRPG, the forum was presided over by Liu Xiuxia, Director of the Human Resource Department and General Manager Assistant with over three hundred people including leaders from the hosting party, primary leaders of the group, principals and above leaders of the inner line, all employees of the Operation Office, the Market Department, the Overseas Service Department, the OTC Department and the Commerce Department as well as newly-employed university graduates in 2008 attending the forum.
Doctor Zhou Rui expressed his opinions on the latest pharmaceutical industry, emphasized that the demand release and the industry drive would be accelerated as showed by a great amount of investigation data, and thus made the following conclusion: the drug consumption demands of 210 billion Yuan were oppressed and the oppressed demands of about 100 billion Yuan could be released; the national medical insurance would basically release the oppressed demands; there would be a greater advance space for future domestic drug consumption; and the pharmaceutical industry would maintain a sustainable, rapid and stable increase. His opinions had further certified the characteristics of the newly-emerging industry of the pharmaceutical industry, which enabled all employees filled with ambitions. Besides, Zhou Rui further analyzed in detail the beneficial field in national medical insurance, introduced the increase and market expectations of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical plate in 2008, and finally proposed several suggestions for the investment strategies, which aroused active considerations among employees.
All the people were actively engaged in the entire course of the forum by sharing their own problems and opinions. As the site was light-hearted and ardent, the forum was completed successfully with half an hour later than the original two hours. In the forum with the expert’s interpretations and mutual exchanges among participants, all the people had had a clearer understanding of the entire pharmaceutical industry and initiated a deeper thinking of the group’s development in the future.
