On July 31, Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group(YRPG) held military drill match with uniform clothing, clangorous slogans and orderly actions. With high morale and neat discipline, YRPG's staff accepted reviews in excellent spirit and with hard-wonachievements to celebrate the81^th anniversary of Army's establishment, Xu Jingren watched the match.
There were 23 teams from internal and external subsidiaries of YRPG joining this match, including 7 women teams which particularly caught people's eyes. Reserve officers from the District People's Armed Forces Department were invited to act as judges and score on the scene. There were 15 teams entering the final match. During the match, all teams do their best. Though it was hot with rain, all participants still put all energy into the match. Audience gave warm applause when they saw excellent performances. Finally, through fierce final competition, the First Company won the first prize; the Second Company and Fifth Company won the second prizes; Shanghai Haini Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the Third Company and the Administration Department won the third prizes.
Through these years, YRPG has been attaching great importance tomilitarymanagement and employing more than 200 veterans from armed forces successively. New employees shall accept strict military training. YRPG has held 13military drill matches as of this year. Military management has created strong fighting capacity and implementation capacity, which improves management level and overall employees' quality and also strengthens YRPG's core competitiveness in market competitions.
This drill match fosters spirits of obeying orders, following commands, not fearing difficulties or hardship and daring to experience. Thoughts, styles, disciplines and physiques of the employees are trained overall. Xu Jingren speaks highly of training achievements and hopes all the employees may give full play to the fine military traditions. He also hopes employees can bring these spirits to work to create more brilliant achievements.
