On April 10, Taizhou History Record Office, Federation of Industry & Commerce and Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises jointly held the working conference on private enterprise files, and deployed the private enterprise archives work.
Archiving is a part of enterprise management, and an import constituent part of an enterprise's wealth, profit and intangible asset. The exploitation and utilization of archives information will vigorously promote the reform and development of the enterprise, and improve the management. Over several years, YRPG has strictly abided by Archives Law of the People's Republic of China, and made each procedure of archives work scientific, institutionalized and standardized. First, YRPG has formed a scientific and reasonable archives management system to strengthen the hardware construction for archives management. Second, YRPG has formed and improved the archives management system to ensure the completeness and safety of archives. Third, YRPG has attached great importance on the archives business construction to continuously improve the standardization of archives management. Four, YRPG has laid stress on the exploitation and utilization of archives information to provide qualified and effective service for all work. With the rapid development of YRPG, the archives management has been also improved. YRPG has been successively awarded "outstanding units of archives management" by Taizhou Archives Bureau.
It is required that archives departments at all levels should be burdened with the duty of serving private enterprises, and think about the vital interests of private enterprises, devote greater efforts to guiding, supporting and serving private enterprises' archives work, comprehensively carrying forward private enterprises' archives work, and contribute to the development of private enterprises. YRPG was invited to exchange experience on the conference. Leaders and representatives from private enterprises came to visit the comprehensive archives room.
