On the 12th Congress of Jiangsu Labor Union, YRPG labor union for 2nd workshop of solid preparation was awarded "Home of Model Workers", fully displaying style and feature of the grassroots labor union of the times.
2nd workshop of solid preparation was formed in 2005, with the construction area of 8,520 m2. It mainly produces tablets and capsules, with the annual value of production of 2 billion Yuan. The workshop is highly automatic. Main devices are all imported. The workshop has 36 workers in total, in which those with the diploma of and above junior college accounts for over 90%. Since 3 years, labor union for the workshop has put stress on reasonable proposals, technology innovation, quality improvement and cost decrease and profit increase, and comprehensively carried out the project for technology innovation by masses and the project for improving workers' quality, which bring about good economic and social benefits.
Workers of the workshop promised to cherish the honor and work harder for achieving new progress and making the labor union a "home of workers" with complete organizations, sound rights protection, standardized work, clear effects and workers' trust. They will make new contributions to building a harmonized enterprise and promoting the sound and fast development of YRPG.
