Whenever in the production workshop, you would hear a sentence usually said by YRPG employees, "the quality is our livelihood. If we are kidding with the quality, we are ruining our livelihood".
The sentence mostly adopted by managers in YRPG is "the quality is the enterprise’s life, superior to everything else".
Decision makers of YRPG believe that the drug quality is related to the sufferer’s life and the enterprise’s life as well. Any carelessness is not allowed. The enterprise shall firmly establish the consciousness of "the first responsible person for the drug safety" so as to guarantee the drug quality from the headstream and guarantee the people’s safe medication.
It is based on such understanding that YRPG people sharpen a sword with ten years from the self-searching quality assessment and testing system in 1970s and 1980s to the overall establishment of a quality management system TQC in 1990s and to its currently marching toward the most internationally advanced quality management system---Six Sigma (zero defect management). YRPG people are always walking at the foreland of quality management.
At present, YRPG has over 100 varieties under production with the national pharmacopoeia standard and the standard issued by the ministry all adopted to organize the production strictly. Nevertheless, YRPG has also established a set of inner control standard within the enterprise, which is much higher than the legitimate standard for the purpose of guaranteeing the products to leave factory with complete qualification.
YRPG people have not been satisfied this but paid attention to the advanced zero quality defect management. In order to guarantee the zero defect and 100% qualification of outgoing products, YRPG has designed a "double insurance" in the production. On the one hand, it’s designed the standard document system for the drug production according to GMP requirements, primarily including the standard operation regulations, the production craftwork regulations, the batch production records; on the other hand, it’s designed a set of training and assessment system to guarantee the employees to organize the production strictly according to the designed standard document system so as to enable the drug quality always in the "zero defect" status.
YRPG has submitted an answer sheet of 100 scores with its pursuit of "zero defect" in face of one and another quality "spot-checks" by the state and the drug administration department at the provincial and municipal level.
