Relevant person in charge of the municipal science and technology bureau introduced that the conditions for identifying products on independent innovation of the province were relatively rigorous, which required the technical or craft as internationally original, the product performance as internationally advanced, the core parts and the entire product as developed and produced independently within the province; moreover, the unit had taken the lead to propose the technical standard as to the product with the creation patent available to the core technology.
It was understood that various government authorities, units and groups would take priority for purchasing the products listed in the content whenever they carried out governmental purchase with financial funds after the products had been identified as the new products on independent innovation of the province and listed into the Content of New Products on Independent Innovation of Jiangsu Province.
