From October 23 to October 27, the group composing of six verifiers from TUV Rheinland Group conducted the second-stage verification of ISO14001：2004 Environment Management System Requirements and Guidelines and OHSAS18001:1999 EHS and the verification of ISO 9001:2000 QMS, which lasted for five days. After careful and detailed verification, the group concluded that YRPG always attached great importance to medicine quality. All workshops passed China GMP certificate. YRPG exclusively set up a group of ISO9001 Certificate, ISO14001 Certificate and OHSAS18001 Certificate, and Quality Department, Safety & Environment Section in charge of the operations of three management systems. The moves turned out great achievements. Within the certificate verification range, YRPG has provided sufficient evidence materials, implemented management systems as required and satisfied the requirements of standards. TUV Rheinland Group issued CERT certificate.
ISO9001 is the international standard for quality management system. ISO14001 is the international standard for environment management system. OHSAS18001 is the trend of occupational safety and health. Establishing and improving the three standard systems may systemize and standardize YRPG in EHS management, consolidate the management foundation of YRPG, and guarantee the globalization of YRPG. Since June 2007, YRPG has set about preparing the formation and certificate of ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 systems. By bringing in professional consultation companies to formulate document system, regularly arranging internal verification and assessment, and daily supervision on operation, the three systems run effectively and keep being improved.
YRPG applied for certification of ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 systems for the first time this year. Since the attention from high managements and the active participation of qualified employees, QMS and EHS systems have been greatly improved in a short time. Both of the senses of quality and EHS & EHS conditions are improved a lot.
With the opportunity of ISO9001 Certificate, ISO14001 Certificate and OHSAS18001 Certificate, YRPG will implement standards carefully, further improve the management system, catch up with international standards, continuously improve product quality and environment, save energy and reduce energy consumption, prevent environment accidents, promote employees' health, improve working environment, and make unremitting endeavor to become an international first-rate pharmaceutical enterprise.
