To further improve quality management and build core competitiveness in this regard, YRPG held the 19th Quality Month activity in June. Quality affairs in validity, standardization and comprehensiveness were on the agenda. Over 100 leaders from Quality Control Department, Manufacturing Department, Supply Department, New Product Department and Sales Office attended the Quality Month mobilization conference convened on May 31. 

 

The Quality Month was themed "Establishing a long-term mechanism and standardizing the quality management". Liang Taiyuan, General Manager Assistant of the group, addressed the conference on behalf of the activity’s leading team. He started his speech with the remaining quality issues from recent history and issues of how to improve the product’s quality  and he emphasized the same theme of the activity, which is "Establish a long-term mechanism and standardize the quality management". It showed the company’s concerns about long-term management. He analyzed and pointed out the weak points in the enterprise’s current quality management and announced the detailed arrangement of the Quality Month activities. 

 

President Xu Jingren expressed his hopes of the Quality Month activity. He emphasized that the drug quality concerned life, so workers should concentrate and avoid mistakes. Quality was the priority of the enterprise’s development. Efforts shall be made throughout the group, from up to down, to recognize the significance and necessity of quality control. YRPG should always keep in mind the quality management, consolidate the quality and technical advantages, get ready to learn quality management experience from international enterprises to catch up with international standards. Besides, he also required the Production and Quality Department to begin with establishing long-term management mechanism. By doing so, the department can standardize the production and quality management of drugs, strictly control the product R&D, material admission, process, product release and after-sales and enable the spill-over of drug quality management into the entire process of drug production. At the same time, more efforts shall be made to advance the innovation, introduce new philosophy, new methods and new technologies so as to increase the drug production and management level and guarantee the product quality. President Xu Jingren also proposed definite requirements in terms of the enterprise’s lawmaking on quality, problem examination and correction, strict assessment, rewarding and penalty, and the development of labor competition.
