The Retail Knowledge Competition Was Successfully Held

The retail knowledge competition, as hosted by OTC Department with the theme of “struggle for success with knowledge”, was uncurtained at Manshanhong Hall of Petrel Hotel in the afternoon of June 26 with Xu Jingren, Ji Shouru, Xu Weiquan and Yu Yu as well as other leaders viewing the competition. 
 
The competition primarily included the product’s knowledge, retail terminals, medical common sense and enterprise culture for the sake of deepening the employees’ commanding of basic knowledge and product knowledge, improving the professional operation skills of terminal personnel, and increasing the visit frequency with specialized visit. In the competition, the principle of fairness and impartiality were penetrated into each detailed step. Thus the competition was pulse-pounding and interesting. Each participant and audience was feeling ups and downs with the enthusiastic on-site environment. In the practice, each team closely combined the innovative stack base of Bailemian capsule with the Olympic Games. With joint wisdom and efforts, very excellent stack bases emerged and many participants stated to best apply them into the terminal POP. Finally No. 8 Company was awarded the first prize, No. 4 Company was awarded the second price and No. 9 Company was awarded the third prize upon such four scorching steps including Q&A, practice, clear distinction and risky speed increase. 
 
The retail market has become the contesting focus of multiple pharmaceutical enterprises in recent years. The overall quality of the sales representatives has determined the enterprise’s status on the retail market. As required by the general company, efforts have been made to reinforce the training of retail terminal persons by centralized training in the general company and unceasing independent trainings at various branch companies. Thus the knowledge and skills of terminal persons have been increased. This knowledge competition was to test the terminal training effect, inspire the study enthusiasm of such terminal learners and provide reliable guarantee to the further retail increase.
