The Human Resource Knowledge Grand Prix of the Group’s Marketing Cadres Was Held

The human resource knowledge grand prix of the group’s marketing cadres was held in an ardent and cheerful environment on June 27 with three delegations and nine representative teams from the group’s external line participating therein. 
 
Each delegation was composed by managers of various companies and those of the province. The competition was divided into five steps including the director questions, required question, mutual selection questions, risk questions and case analysis. The scene was intense on stage with encouraging cheers diffused among audiences. Each step featured repeated climax and all the participants kept disimpassioned with results staggered ascending. The case analysis was the key step of the grand prix. Members of each delegation discussed internally under the leadership of their director with the answer written on a white paper to be stated by their director, and then marked and appraised by the judges on the site. In the cheers of each phalanx, the directors kept clam and answered smoothly. Their profound knowledge on human resource and decent explanation pushed the competition to another climax. Finally, No. 6 Sales Company of the group won the champion.  
 
President Xu Jingren delivered brilliant comments on the competition. He said that the enterprise’s core competitiveness depended on the independent innovation. As the priority resource, the talents were the key point of the independent innovation. He hoped the group could sufficiently recognize the significance of doing well in the human resource affairs, devote attention to the introduction of innovative talents, and spare no effort to introduce genuine and high talents, and apply these talents not sticking to one pattern so as to reserve the most optimal and strongest soft competitiveness for the sake of the enterprise’s development.
