YRPG Invited Senior Cadres to Welcome the Mid-Autumn Day and Discuss the Development

As the Mid-Autumn Day approaches, several senior cadres from Yangzhou, Taizhou and Taixing were gathering at YRPG on September 2 upon the group’s invitation to listen to the enterprise’s development report, witness the group’s great achievements in the tide of reform and opening-up, and propose suggestions to the enterprise’s development. 
 
It was a familiar and strange land for these senior cadres. They were once working and fighting here; nevertheless, great changes had taken place, which made them to sigh with emotion. When they were wandering among the garden-like factory and modernized production workshop with great interests, they expressed full of praise for what they’d seen. “It’s great. YRPG is an epitome of the greatness of China’s reform and opening-up for 30 years and further the pride of Taizhou”.
 
During the tea party, Chairman Xu Jingren saluted to each senior cadre one by one and cared about their physical conditions. He reported the enterprise’s the development in the year, the participation in the earthquake relief and planning for its future development. He said the persistency in independent development and innovation was the foundation for the enterprise’s development. Although the enterprise was leading temporarily in China, it shall maintain a clear head at all times. YRPG shall still make unremitting effort to march into the world and become a world-level pharmaceutical enterprise. In the face of the hortative sight of such senior cadres, Xu Jingren expressed with sufficient confidence that YRPG would emphasize the national undertaking, not let Taizhou people down and never satisfy its achievements, and would persistently explore and march forward to create new glories.  
 
In the past devious development history of YRPG, it once benefited from the self-giving cares and support of theses senior cadres. Repay as much as you can for even a little bit of favor you have received. These senior cadres had been always kept in mind by YRPG in heart for many years. Leaders had persisted in visiting them every year, helping them solve some actual difficulties and inviting them to come back regularly to share joyance and glory of success, listen to their opinions and suggestions. The practice had been continued for 15 years. 
 
The eldest among these senior cadres had been 89 years old. Many of them had visited YRPG for several times. As the witness of the enterprise’s development, they expressed with deep feelings that YRPG’s sustainable, sound and rapid development greatly depended on a good leadership and correct decisions and a precious enterprising spirit among people of YRPG. YRPG would enjoy a better future. These senior cadres expressed in succession that they would continue to be a good consultant for the enterprise to provide ideas and suggestions so as to make the remaining contributions. 
 
The senior cadres promised to visit YRPG again in the next year with fine expectations.
