The VIP hall of the Administration Building of YRPG was overflowed with beaming atmosphere in the morning of September 18 when the unveiling ceremony of the training base of National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (NICPBP) was grandly held. Ding Lixia, Vice Secretary of CPC Committee of NICPBP, Xu Jingren unveiled for the training base together. 

 

The unveiling ceremony was presided over by General Manager Assistant Liang Yuantai with Li Guanmin, Director of the Scientific Research and Education Department of NICPBP, Fan Xialei, Director of Jiagnsu Institute for Drug Control, Zhu Jiwen, Deputy Director of Taizhou Drug Administration, principals of relevant departments and offices of the drug control institute of the province and the city, 10 comrades engaged in the training from NICPBP as well as principals from the production and the quality control departments of YRPG attending the ceremony. 

 

Ding Lixia, on behalf of NICPBP, extended her heartfelt congratulations and appreciations to YRPG for its vigorous support to NICPBP’s talent training. In her brilliant speech, she pointed out that YRPG had maintained sound cooperation with NICPBP and the choice of YRPG as the listed training base marked the innovation of NICPBP to strengthen its testing talent team construction and the advancement of both parties in terms of the depth and scope of their cooperation on the basis of the enterprise’s advanced quality administration philosophy and establishments. He required the trainees from NICPBP to attend the training for the second phase to observe disciplines, understand the drug production flow and craftwork in a deep manner, study the enterprise’s outstanding management philosophy and culture, and improve their professional techniques to provide sound services to enterprises in a better manner. 

 

Fan Xialei, on behalf of Jiagnsu Institute for Drug Control, pointed out in his speech that the listing of the training base had been under consideration as long as half a year and was finally affirmed and recognized by Li Yunlong, Director of NICPBP; and the training base had established a platform for the testing talent construction by enabling these drug testers to get out of the laboratory, contact the enterprises directly and serve the enterprises. He hoped that the enterprises could actively explore and accumulate experience in terms of the training base construction, strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with experts and teachers at the meantime of providing training to talents from NICPBP so as to improve the technical level together.  

 

Xu Jingren briefly introduced the enterprise’s primary practices and achievements in terms of strengthening the quality administration. He said it was the common responsibility and mission of the drug supervision department and the pharmaceutical enterprise to control the drug quality strictly and protect the people’s safe medication. The establishment of the training base at YRPG by NICPBP symbolized the its trust and great favor of the enterprise and further a kind of encouragement, which would greatly facilitate the enterprise’s improvement of its testing level and promotion of the ability construction of its quality administration team. He stated that YRPG would never let NICPBP down and would further cherish the study and exchange opportunity, spare no effort to introduce various steps involving the production and quality to trainees. He zealously welcomed various leaders and teachers to propose precious suggestions and promised that the enterprise would do its utmost to provide all necessary support to the talent team construction of the national drug control system. 

 

During the short conversazione before the unveiling ceremony, principals of NICPBP and the drug control and supervision departments of the province and the city, the trainee representative and the enterprise representative exchanged ideas. After the unveiling ceremony, the attending persons visited the group’s high-rack warehouse, the quality testing center, the production direction center and the solid preparation production workshop to get a more direct understanding of the enterprise.
