As appraised by the appraisal committee and confirmed by the leading affairs committee of the Youth Scientific and Technological Award of Jiangsu Province, the Organization Department of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of CPC, the Department of Personnel of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Science and Technology Association jointly commended the “Top 10 Youth Science and Technology Stars” of Jiangsu Province in 2008 (the 10th Youth Science and Technology Award of Jiangsu Province). Lu Hongguo, Director of Drug Research Institute of YRPG and Senior Engineer was gloriously enrolled.

 

Lu Hongguo, male, born in November 1969, member of CPC, senior engineer, licensed druggist, Director of Drug Research Institute of YRPG, was primarily engaged in new drug research and development. The projects in which he was engaged were awarded a second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, a third prize of the Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Jiangsu Province and 10 prizes of the Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Taizhou City. He was in charge of the development of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride preparation with the product sales volume of over 1 billion Yuan. With over 10 theses published, 11 national invention patents declared, he was appraised as the youth expert with outstanding contributions of Taizhou City, Top 10 Science and Technology Innovation Model and labor model of the group, etc.
