The production line of YRPG is booming in the golden autumn of October. 

 

In October, “Five-Love Cup” Technique Competition, under the joint organization of the Labor Union, Manufacturing Department and Quality Control Department of the Group, was held with vigor and vitality, covering a variety of events such as Chinese herbal medicine identification, power-injection packaging technique, fundamental electromechanical skills (bench work, electrical work and welding work), troubleshooting of chemical experiment of water production and capsule filler, theory and operating skill for chemical analyst. Hundreds of employees have participated in the contest. 

 

The competitors all tried their best in the competition and faced every step fastidiously with their expert skills, racing to the top. They exchanged their skills and played the game out of respect and level, demonstrating the spirit of the talents in YRPG with their distinguished performance. Their sound occupational qualities and fine occupational skills impressed the judges of expert.  

 

Such a large-scaled and multi-occupationed technique competition provided the opportunity and stage for the workers to learn from each other, exchange with each other and show themselves. Their skills were improved with the knowledge they gained in the competition. Meanwhile, a sound atmosphere of learning through competition and improvement through learning was created, inspiring the enthusiasm of learning, practicing and contributing in more employees.
