It is also rewarded with “National May Day Labor Prize” and “National Model Home of Staff” issued by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

Blue sky, green grasses, clear water, and harmony in human relationship, all these factors help to create a harmonious relationship between the nature and human beings. As a good environment is the guarantee for medicine quality, YRPG takes environmental protection as a crucial project, a huge amount of money were invested in landscaping construction. The green area of the head company has increased to 145,000 square meters, making up 40% of the total area. And the enterprise has invested over 10 million Yuan in building of sewage water treatment system. From this year, YRPG has begun using stream as heating power instead of coals, ending up the dust pollution ever since.

YRPG has staged chorus contest for celebrating the Birthday of the Party (on 1^st July) for 6 years on succession, and it also carries out a set of projects on patriotism education among the staffs who are inspired by patriotism by visiting the Memorial of the PLA Navy’s Birthplace, the Martyr Cemetery of Yang Gensi, Huangqiao Decisive Battle Memorial, and Memorial of Premier Zhou Enlai etc. The newly recruited staffs must receive at least three weeks of military training and pre-job training, and they should also study the enterprise’s regulations and disciplines, enterprise culture, as well as professional knowledge.
