In 1997, YRPG spent a great amount of money on seeing off the Hong Kong Garrison
In 1998, during the time of flood-fighting in Jiujiang city of Jiangxi province, Xu Jingren, board chairman of YRPG, took medicines worth 6 million Yuan in person and distributed them to the affected people due to the flood along the Yangtze river.
In 2000, YRPG presented the Beijing Garrison and the guard of honor with computers and various medicines worth more than 200,000 Yuan.
In 2004, on Paracel Islands, YRPG contributed 100,000 Yuan to the local government to build the flag post. Besides, it also donated 200,000 Yuan to the government and presented computers worth 50, 000 Yuan to the land army.
On 31st July 2006, YRPG donated 100,000 Yuan to the Tai Zhou vessel.
In 2007, in Beijing, YRPG organized the movement of the preferential treatment for families of servicemen and martyrs, which bears the slogan “ Monument of Peace Time, Mission of Life Protection: Mother Hero Reviewing Young Heroes”, which gained praises from the army, civil administration department, families of servicemen and martyrs, military officers and soldiers.
Over a decade, YRPG has contributed altogether 50 million Yuan to supporting the army building.
