Job Requirements:
5 years working experience in drug development, including two years of R & D management experience.
Be able to organize the research work of the API and prepare the submission document independent.
Has team management skills, communication skills and innovative thinking ability.
Who has the experience of the successful approved or expert with CTD format is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1, Assist in drafting annual research planning of the institute and implementation.
2 ,Assist in drafting team building planning of the institute and implementation.
3, Assist in drafting technology platform construction planning of the institute and implementation.
4, According to annual planning of the institute, organize the pharmaceutical research work of existing projects and seeking/founding new project.
5, Organize the patent applications timely, and assist in science & technology projects applications and patents maintenance.
6, Assist in developing management systems of the institute and implementation.
7, Assist in drafting annual scientific research expense budget of the institute and implementation.
8, To accomplish the other tasks assigned by superiors.
